Returns & Refunds If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at crew@starfighterjeans.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and photos where relevant.

We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please contact us before sending any items back — returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Refunds If your refund is approved, we will return the amount to your original payment method in the currency used at checkout.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before production has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at crew@starfighterjeans.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Please contact us at crew@starfighterjeans.com to initiate the process.

Late or Missing Refunds If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at crew@starfighterjeans.com.
